Hyundai Tucson: Lighting System / Rear Combination Lamp

- Removal

• When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.

• Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.

• Take care not to bend or scratch the bumper cover and panels.

Rear Outside Combination Lamp

1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.Loosen the mounting bolts then remove the outside rear combination lamp (A).

3.Disconnect the rear combination lamp connector (A).

4.Remove the bulb after turning it in the counter clock-wise direction.

Rear Inside Combination Lamp

1.Remove the liftlgate trim.(Refer to Body - "Liftgate Trim")

2.Disconnect the rear inside combination lamp connector (A).

3.Disconnect the rear view camera connector (A).

4.Loosen the mounting nuts and remove the rear inside combination lamp (A).

Rear Outside Combination Lamp

1.Connect the rear outside combination lamp connector.

2.Install the rear outside combination lamp.

3.Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Rear Inside Combination Lamp

1. Connect the rear inside combination lamp connector.

2.Install the rear inside combination lamp.

3.Install the lift gate back pane molding.

4.Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
